Ace Press Privacy Policy

Ace Press is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.

Modification to Our Privacy Policy Statement.
From time to time, Ace Press may update and revise this Privacy Statement. When we do make changes to this Privacy Statement, we will revise the last updated date at the top of this Statement. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time, please make sure that you review Ace Press Privacy Statement frequently.

Data and Information that Ace Press Collects:
When you place an order with, Ace Press, we will ask for a credit card number and billing address, this information is used to create a customer billing account. Ace Press may also assign you a unique identification number that is matched against the information you provide to Ace Press. Your personally identifiable information will also be matched against any material you upload to Ace Press for print jobs.

Once you have registered with Ace Press, and each time you visit our website we may collect information about your visit. This may include the pages you viewed, the links you clicked on, and all other actions you take as you viewed and use Ace Press’ site and services, when you place an order, or utilize one of our interactive graphic design tools, all details of transaction will be captured.
The information we collect in conjunction with analytic tools to help us determine the level of services and products we offer, improve the ease of use of our sites or services.
When you place an order and upload a data file to Ace Press for printing, there may be personal information contained in this data file, a name, address, telephone number and e-mail address for example on (a business card file or letterhead). This information may be yours or that of someone else. If it belongs to someone else, we will assume that this person has authorized you to forward this data to Ace Press.
The personal information collected on Ace Press's websites may also be used to directly communicate with you. Your e-mail, mailing and or billing address may be used for order and upload confirmation, job status, billing information and reminders, technical service issues.

Ace Press does not sell, rent, disclosure or lease your name, billing or mailing address, e-mail address and phone number to third party without your permission, with these exceptions:
Some personally identifiable information that you provide to Ace Press must necessarily be disclosed outside of Ace Press in order for us to provide our services to you. For example, to ship an order we must disclose the shipping information required by the carrier. Ace Press may also retain third parties (our printing partners) to provided services on our behalf.
We may disclose your personal information, comply with the law or any legal process served on Ace Press, authorized requests from governmental or law enforcement agencies, protect and defend the rights or property of Ace Press including the enforcement of our agreements.
Ace Press may decide to sell, merge, acquire or otherwise reorganize its business. Any such transaction Ace Press will seek appropriate protection for any personally identifiable information subject to disclosure.

Ace Press's websites use "cookies" to enable you to sign in to our services, help personalize your online experience and to record your online transactions. Ace Press's websites are primarily for printing services purposes; we do not intend to or target our services or websites to children under the age of 18.
